Water…Water…Water And More Water


It’s the first of the year and on my list of resolutions that always means drinking more water and giving up soda and Starbucks. At least this year I figured a way to kind of make myself think I’m drinking Starbucks a little by purchasing one of their refillable cups to put my water in! LOL What are some of the ways you get more water in everyday?


Have Some Eggs With Your Spinach

The key to losing weight is to have beautiful food, the more color the better!



Start with some butter spray in a non-stick pan

then add some mushrooms and onion

then add a large bit of spinach chopped into small pieces

next, add one egg and one egg white and cook until it is the consistency that you like. Sprinkle some cheese on top and serve on a pretty plate that makes you happy.
