So I must tell you that one thing that I have learned in all of the years that I have been watching my weight is that if you are craving something really bad you should just eat it (or drink it in this case). That’s why I like the Weight Watchers program so much, every once in a while I like to have a beer with friends and I don’t want to feel like I ruined my diet to do it!
Anyone else feel the same way?
